Four decades on from the historic Liverpool F.C. double-winning triumph of 1986 - and forty years to the day of the famous FA Cup Final - Liverpool royalty Kenny Dalglish and Ian Rush will look back on that glorious season alongside legendary commentator Clive Tyldesley on Sunday 10th May 2026, 7pm start.
Presented by The Red Weekender the evening will begin with Gary Gillespie, Sammy Lee and Steve McMahon sharing their memories with Clive of the League and Cup success.

We are celebrating the 1986 Liverpool F.C. double winning side 40 years to the day since the FA Cup victory. The night will feature Kenny Dalglish and Ian Rush being interviewed by Clive Tyldsley.
Who is behind The Red Weekender?
The Red Weekender is being brought together by long-standing Liverpool fans and events specialists. The people involved have been responsible for working on and delivering events for LFC fans in the city and beyond for many years. Including pre-match Champions League Final concerts, the Qatar 2019 Fan Park and countless unofficial events in all corners of the globe. In 2025 we ran a weekend of events at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre celebrating Liverpool's league. This included BOSS, The Anfield Wrap, Redmen TV, Kenny Dalglish, Rafa Benitex, Jamie Webster, Lightning Seeds, Zutoons and many, many more.
